SURGIDERM INJECTIONS

SURGIDERM is a range of injectable non-animal hyaluronic acid based dermal fillers produced by the US Allergan, Inc. company. Out of the SURGIDERM product line we use such solutions as SURGIDERM 24XP and SURGIDERM 30XP.

ADVANTAGES

The main distinctive feature of the contour correction method is the absence of recovery period after the procedure.

All the SURGIDERM preparations contain 3D-molecules of hyaluronic acid, which are produced with the use of exclusive techniques. These molecules prevent hyaluronic acid from dissolution in the area of the formulation presence. Thereby, long-lasting correction effect is achieved.

Surgiderm fillers are highly purified formulations; they are 100% tissue-compatible and hypoallergenic, as they do not contain any protein structures; they are also structurally uniform and absolutely biodegradable. Their injection is almost painless and, due to their malleability, the result is more long-lasting and natural.

SURGIDERM 24XP
This filler is used for resurfacing of small and medium facial lines, volumizing of mid-depth skin folds and lips. Applied for the facial bioreinforcement procedure.

SURGIDERM 30XP
Applied to resurface medium and deep wrinkles, to restore skin tonicity, to define and add volume to the lips, nasolabial folds, to improve the facial contour.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE LIKE?

Before the procedure, the specialist-dermatocosmetologist examines the patient's skin, collects detailed information about the health of the patient and undertaken cosmetic procedures, finds out if the patient has any chronic diseases or allergic reactions. The specialist also questions the patient about the expected results. If there are indications to the procedure, then the specialist chooses a filler of a particular firmness, which is the most suitable for the achievement of the desired result.

Before the procedure, the skin is to be cleaned; make-up removal with the use of cosmetic units as well as chlorhexidine antiseptic solution treatment are carried out. By the patient’s request, the local anesthesia is applied. The chosen filler is injected in the correction area with the use of a disposable needle. The injection is followed by slight redness of the skin; small bruises and a light edema are possible.

The firmer the gel is, the deeper it is injected; a flexible cannula is applied for high-volume injections and facial contour modeling. In this case, before the procedure, the treatment area is analgized. Just one puncture is made in the ear area. A flexible cannula is a long blunt needle with a rounded hole, designed for the gel injection. Due to its shape, it penetrates easily deep into the tissue without damaging vessels. Risk of bruise formation is minimal. The formulation spreads uniformly in the area requiring additional volume. The procedure is painless.

Effect lasts 8 to 10 months (potentially up to 1 year), in case of 3D-modeling – up to 18 months.
